Decided it was time to upgrade my older car for a new

Decided it was time to upgrade my older car for a new one. Sadly the one I was looking at had been sold the previous day. I was able to find a new car that did meet what I was looking for. Sales staff was quick and very helpful. I was treated well and with great respect the full time. They were very patient even while we had to wait for my bank details which took close to an hour. A great experience overall. I would love to thank everyone but I'm horrible with all the names.

I took my vehicle in for oil change, alignment and check

I took my vehicle in for oil change, alignment and check brakes. I was given an estimate and then a ride home. After a few hours, I received a call that my truck was finished and a ride will come for me. I was given an itemized statement with all service that was completed. It was within the original estimate I had been given. I am completely satisfied with AutoNation and will use them for all my service needs.

Great experience with out the pressure !!!

I request a test drive via online next day I was reach out by a sales representative Jake Lau , we scheduled a day and time , me and my family went to see the vehicle 02/03/2023, it was a really nice and friendly service from Jake make us feel really comfortable, I told Jake let me think about and if I make a decision to buy the vehicle because a great custumer service from him i will comeback and also auto nation support pink drive ( breast cancer , a family member is a survivor) we get back the 02/15/2023 and Jake was able to work with us we agreed on the price and make the purchase the day we didn't get delivery that day until the 02/22/2023 it was because I wanted my vehicle with a accesories installed before and Jake maked happened, I'm really happy with my this is the 1st time that to go to a dealership for a test drive that I didn't experience the super pressure to make a decision , Jake was awesome I definitely recommend autonation tempe nissan to friends and family,

The initial contacts from the dealer were painful - local

The initial contacts from the dealer were painful - local dealers still fumble the online interactions. First, I completed the online car viewing schedule request with day and time along with submitting my contact info. Someone calls me and she asked what my interest was. I had to point out the meeting request and then explained I needed to know the out the door price to compare with Carvana. She promised to speak with her manager to get the details over to me. A few hours later a guys calls with the same inquiry - didn't know I spoke to someone earlier. I have to re-explain... then he promised to have his manager send over the out-the-door price. Nothing. A bit later, a manager calls me asking if I need anything so I re-explained again... He promptly sent over the offer sheet BUT "accidently" included a $599 window tint option which I had to point out needs to be removed. My wife bought a car off Carvana and it was a fraction of the effort and time....
