Terrible scheduling process for repair, they use an
Terrible scheduling process for repair, they use an online system so I had my car towed and they left in the back 8 days not examined! I had to go in person TWICE to check on the status of my car because no one would respond to my calls. Finally I started calling the sales office b/c yes, they want your business and will answer the phone! It took 27 days to repair and through the whole process lots of excuses, and I was the one having to call every few days for updates, very little outreach to me to keep me apprised of the process (or lack thereof!). Very dissatisfied. At the end, I had a coupon for 10% off the repair and has asked before the work began if I could apply the coupon and they said yes, but in the end, they wouldn't let me. 5K later, I will NEVER go to Tempe Nissan again and will tell all my friends about the horrible experience. Massive company, can't give me a flipping 10% discount with a coupon THEY provide, just to soften the bad experience.

Great buying and after sales experience
I bought a second car from Autonation Tempe. Worked with Rudy and Jack, these guys are great. No pressure envoirnment and very transparent. What impressed me most was after sales!, on follow up with service dept Richard was great as was Rudy ensuring my issues was resolved quickly. Its easy have great customer service when selling a car, but a true test having great customer service after!

Honest upfront pricing, no dealer add on package. Good sales experience w Josh B who help us all d way. No add on predatory “market adjustment” fee. Turned off by finance director who did not listen to our rejection of add on service warranty contracts. No respect to our decision, even crossing d line insulting our financial capability, questioning us relentlessly as if we r dumb car buyers. We did our homework girl!

As usual all went well.
As usual all went well. AutoNation needs to assign more help to this Dealership in the service up front and the technicians that do the work. The only way to improve you service is have enough help which you do not. No cashier meaning the service writers not only have to get the car serviced and ready they need to be a cashier. You do not pay them enough for all the extra work. No service manager to handle the complaints. I have been going to this dealership since Henry Brown opened it and today it is in the worst shape ever, all caused by Autonation. I always get excellent service from Danny, but he gets nothing from Autonation but problems. Call me if you wish 602-236-5847 or email jack@sixpenney.com
