Booking an appointment online was easy.

Booking an appointment online was easy. I dropped my vehicle off for a 9am appointment and by 2p, i hadn’t heard from anyone-so I called to try to get an update and just confirm my vehicle was actually being inspected. There was no one available. I was told a message would be given to my “service advisor” Emilio. By 5pm I hadn’t heard anything and called again, and once again, the phone rep for service was unable to get ahold of anyone and would leave another message requesting a update be provided to me. I simple wanted to know if I could pick up still that day. I even requested a supervisor or manager and was told none were available but I “should hear by back by 6p” since that is when they close. Just prior to 6p, I still hadn’t heard from anyone-so again I called and was told that all the service dept was gone for the day and that the keys and cars in service are locked up-so I wasn’t even able to get my car. I was able to get some assistance from a sales manager-but really they weren’t able to do much, but told me they would notify a supervisor to contact me first thing in the am when service opened at 7am. I never received a call or message from anyone that next morning. FINALLY, at 10am I got a text message with a web link to pictures of the “diagnostic” done on my car but no real details. I tried to call to speak with someone about it and again got the same response from the phone rep saying that no one was available and that they were unable to get anyone on the phone. My car was there for over 24 hours before I was actually able to speak with someone to communicate the status of my vehicle. I do not recommend this place to anyone and will not be returning again. I understand that service takes time and there are staffing and inventory shortages. That does not excuse the lack of communication and customer service. When I arrived to get my car, again I was greeted with the same disregard and poor service. **I was told I needed my brakes changed, that they were at 1mm, “credit card thin”, yet they had not given me any issues or indication that they were worn or near needing replacement. I took my vehicle elsewhere and was told my brakes were fine and were at a 5mm. I was also told the upper motor mounts needed replacing-but they were just fine. Again-I do NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I don’t know if it’s the mismanagement or lack of it but

I don’t know if it’s the mismanagement or lack of it but I went to turn my car to have the heater looked at. I had an appt that I scheduled a week out. Dropped it off etc. around noon I called because no one called me. I called 6x and had to get to sales before anyone answered and they just took a message down. It was 5pm so I headed over as I needed my car to go home. I went to check and they hadn’t looked at it. All day. They said it’s because they are down staff as they let go etc. I get it but why would mgmt not block out times. They said I could leave my car for a week. No one told me that expectation when I dropped it off. They need to call corporate and ask to block out schedules. They need to look at mgmt to manage. This is the 4th time this year I’ve dropped it and had 0 done. 4th.

Was not thrilled with the buying experience.

Was not thrilled with the buying experience. Took 3 weeks to get it from being looked over. No gas in it when it was ready. Handed us the keys and done. 330 miles later engine light and tow to another dealership because this one was no help. Chevy dealership took care of us. We’ll be going there instead.

Felt very shady, the service men were super unresponsive,

Felt very shady, the service men were super unresponsive, they had no idea what they were doing, they did not communicate honestly. Would not recommend, I went to Pinnacle Nissan instead and got such amazing service I ended up buying a car from there. Avoid Tempe Nissan at all costs.

Service Department is not at all responsive.

Service Department is not at all responsive. Called Service Dept, and it went to voicemail. Left a call back number and was told by the system that there were 2 others ahead of me. Two hours later still no call back. only possibilities are either very chatty customers or service advisors are not responding. Nissan needs to address the lack of service by the service department,

My last appointment was not good at all.

My last appointment was not good at all. I made an appointment for an oil change and still waited 2 hours. When I received my car back my front plate was bent. When I brought it up to my advisor she looked and it, said she can take it off and bend it back. There was no apology, or let me find out what happened. I paid aNo she went on about her business puffing her vape pen.

My experience with this dealership was great. Got me in out in a reasonable time. They took care of the services I requested. Sara the service advisor informed me of future services I need to take care of. I will be back to take care of them, and I will be recommending this dealership to family and friends. Ivan was great to have as a Service advisor.

Ivan was great to have as a Service advisor. Even thought the car was at the dealership for months that was not fault of Ivan. Just the part was hard to get in due to the current world conditions.
