I brought my vehical in for a schedule service
I brought my vehical in for a schedule service appointment to change my oil and rotate my tires. This service should not have taken more than 30 minutes. 2 hours later (after waiting in the lobby) I went out and saw my vehical parked, it had been completed for an extended time yet no one called to let me know that it was done. This is not the first time this has happened with this dealership either. I am only going to give them one more chance then I am going to stop going there for service as there have been to many issues following each service.

The staff was attentive courteous starting at greeting me at the door. Multiple staff encouraged me that the salesman I had an appointment with was on his way. Then when Max arrived, again, greeted with an outstretched hand.

My service advisor was fantastic at first and then fell
My service advisor was fantastic at first and then fell off the radar. The phone was never answered and calls were never returned. My husband and I had to drive to the dealership to get information on my car and it had to be there for another 4 days. The service advisor clearly had too big of a case load and could not keep up. Then the advisor did not put the work through the extended warranty or send us the receipt for the work we paid for. This was the first time dealing with a Nissan dealership that I was completely disappointed. There should have been more help and support from management as they clearly could not keep up with all the cars.

I was quite surprised actually!
I was quite surprised actually! The tech escorted me to my car, went over what was done to my car. What really impressed me… they vacuumed my car and washed it 😃. I may have to consider continue taking my car there for future maintenance.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I called on an advertised 2009 Rouge which wasn’t
I called on an advertised 2009 Rouge which wasn’t available because it was getting looked over and as soon as it was ready , I’d get the call to come see it . I get a call on the 3rd day saying someone bought the vehicle and it was no longer available . Apparently it was intercepted and bought before it hit their lot . Sure it was , I would think that information was available the first time I called and the salesman went into the garage and checked on it . The salesman said he’ll email me cars and was going to hang up . I asked him do you have my email ( he didn’t have my email) . I will not buy a car from this dealership or refer anyone I know . I couldn’t even find a email address or phone number to the manager to address this. Makes me wonder if they list bait cars to get you to contact them .

Dear Auto Nation , On August 23, I saw a 2009 Nissan Rouge online advertised at your dealership as coming soon . I immediately sent the necessary “ is this still available “ along with my email . I received a response email saying someone would call me the next day . I assumed this would be shortly after you opened . When I didn’t receive a call , I called the dealership at around 10 am Aug 24th . I spoke with Deondre who pulled the vehicle up , found it in the system , and asked if it was okay to put me on hold while he went out to shop area to check on it . He came back and told me it was being serviced because it was just received and Nissan wants to ensure all vehicles are 100% before allowing anyone to look at it . I said okay , I can wait , he promised to call me as soon as it was detailed . On Friday the 26th , Deondre calls my phone , leaves a message saying he had some news on the car and left his cell number . I called his cell number to be informed the car was no longer available and that it was intercepted and bought before it even hit your lot . I asked him why he didn’t tell me I could do that , and he said it’s only his 4th day at the dealership and he just found out this could be done . Needless to say I’m very sorry unhappy . He did ask what I was looking for in a vehicle and he’d do his best to find me something better . He said he’d call when he did , I asked him to email me instead and if I saw something I liked I’d contact him . He said ok and was ready to end the call when I asked if he had my email . He responded let me take a look , then he asked for my email . Second strike ! Deondre was polite and did appear genuinely sorry about the car but I wasn’t to happy about the situation, I was polite as well though out our conversation, just extremely disappointed, lack of communication within your dealership . I should of been told the information the first day I called , I wasted 2 days of not looking for a car because I was waiting on his call , knowing I was first in line . This didn’t fix all the work I had requested and after I had negotiated the service prior , Shameful as items were all discussed when I made appointment. I never got a phone call from the services advisor , I was the one calling to check on my car after 4days in the dealer.
