Never have a problem at this dealership.

Never have a problem at this dealership. Danny and Ivan always take good care of me and my Nissan Kicks. They never force anything on me, but keep me honest with me about my car. Thank you so much guys!

I had a dead battery.

I had a dead battery. It was replaced and I was in and out very quickly. Ivan the service advisor was great!

Service wait was great and process for appointment easy.

Service wait was great and process for appointment easy. This didn’t fix all the work I had requested and after I had negotiated the service prior they upsold my 19 year old daughter. Shameful as items were all discussed when I made appointment.

AUTONATION buying experience

Working with Andrew, who was one one their newer sales people was super easy and no pressure. This was the best car buying experience I?ve had so far. I have purchased cars both through a traditional dealership and through Carmax, and they both were not great. I highly recommend this dealership.

I had done an online search.

I had done an online search. Asked a few questions online, got with Jake- sales associate... he was able to call and then text me... I already had made my mind up to get the Nissan Murano 2019- as long as it fit and I felt good driving it. I drove out there- I live an hour away- and he had it ready... drove and took it. Jaylen was cool- talked with me and got my paperwork done... I was in and out in like 2 hours... from start to finish. It was nice to just get in and get out.... and they were personable and caring to my needs. They knew I lived an hour away... and I had to get up early... so they really just expedited my process quick. Thanks guys!
