The service department is understaffed but they are not
The service department is understaffed but they are not cutting back on scheduling appointments. Consequently, poor service. Staff are trying to do what they can but it is impossible to do with not enough staff. I had to schedule another appointment because they could not check out a seat belt problem (reason for appointment). I appreciate everything Carlos and the service manager did for me. They really try to do a good job. Also, the phone service is pathetic. When you call no one will answer.

They evaluated my trade-in very quickly and were able to find the exact model and color of vehicle I was looking for. The fantastic service from first pulling into the parking lot with my trade-in until pulling out of the parking lot with my new vehicle was less than four hours. Their stellar service was greatly appreciated!

Great experience!
I had a fantastic experience here! I was interested in replacing my 2020 Nissan Frontier (pictured) with a new 2022. I called the store and reached Wes who let me know that the truck was in stock and took a photo of it for me (also pictured). I arrived and was promptly greeted by him. We went on a nice long test drive, and he then gave me upfront, transparent pricing with no dealer adds or market adjustments. I left to think about it with no pressure, spoke with my wife, then they worked with me some more on the price to get me into my new truck! I can?t say enough about the experience start to finish. I also worked with Nik and Gerret, sales managers, and was even reached out to by the store?s General Manager, James, about my experience. Signing the paperwork was also a fast and efficient process and the business manager, Terry, was also no-pressure in his approach. I will be back, thank you!
