Took care of a recall issue on my Sentra; Took quite a bit longer than they initially stated but they were super courteous and professional. I appreciated the shuttle service greatly. Will definitely continue to use them for other maintenance.

Jack and Jalen were friendly and helpful.

Jack and Jalen were friendly and helpful. They both took the time needed to make me feel comfortable and make sure that I got a great deal. Jack made sure I knew how to use the new features in my car and Jalen made sure I was taken care of in the finance department. I'm very happy with my purchase and the way I was treated at the dealership!

Like some previous reviews customer service is lacking

Like some previous reviews customer service is lacking and it's tough to get ahold of anybody. Bought new in 2003 altima se, service was most thru Nissan. 2 sets of cam and crank sensors, 2 fuel pumps thruout the years, never informed of service recalls $20,000+ on me. Car was in shop 5 working days for cam and crank sensors, and I had a service appointment...

Bought used Altima and the transmission was bad.

Bought used Altima and the transmission was bad. Dealership knows and they still sell it although they replaced it wasted 2 months of my time. Store manager just a big scammer & cheater. Be aware and do not buy from this branch. All it matter is the sell and screw the customer

Not sure if my detailed version of my experience was

Not sure if my detailed version of my experience was submitted or not? Synopsis of my experience is: - service department is understaffed, has too many duties, and needs to follow up with customers more responsively. - lack of telephone operator or service department person to make appointments and field calls is a real problem. Calls go unanswered and multiple call backs are required just to speak to someone. - lack of cashier contributes to excessive responsibilities for service advisors. Everyone dealt with was courteous and professional, but it is too hard to do business with this dealership. This has dramatically changed from when I purchased my vehicle here and the years after when I brought the vehicle in for service. I will be looking at other options for service and purchasing a vehicle in the future.

We had extra amenities added to our new Nissan Armada.

We had extra amenities added to our new Nissan Armada. Our service personal, Ivin, was very professional, returning my calls within a reasonable time, always willing to go the extra mile to answer my questions. When he was unable to answer my questions, he would research and make inquiries as needed. He was so thoughtful to work with me to be able to get me a loaner car that would accommodate my six grandchildren, four of which are in car seats. The Nissan Armada is loaded with technology, my husband and I are technology incompetent, Ivin was very patient with me and assisted me with my questions.

Everyone was pleasant and professional.

Everyone was pleasant and professional. The oil change took a lot less time than quoted, price was reasonable. Thanks for the extra help Danny with my Navigation question! I will be back. I didn't catch the gals name that checked me in but she was very easy to work with.
