I've been taking my cars to this dealership for years.
I've been taking my cars to this dealership for years. The last few years the service department has been terrible. I has my appointment scheduled 7-12-22 at 12:30 and took them almost 2 hours abd 45 minutes. Why have an appointment and the oil change (only) take so long. My device advisor Dainel was apologetic but said nothing he can do to speed up process. I may start taking my car to a different place to get service. Who ever is running this department needs lots of work to do!!

Fantastic Experience!!
I decided to trade in my 300 in the hopes of getting reliable little SUV. Originally I had gone to a sister dealership to look at the Kona but they could not get me into one in my price range. Not even a used one with 35K miles. Disappointed I left. I was ready to thrown in the towel with purchasing a vehicle but on a whim I messaged AutoNation Nissan Tempe to see if they could match me with something similar to the Kona AND stay in my very firm budget. Was contacted by Wesley nearly right away and he was very confident that they could! Not only did AutoNation Nissan Tempe work there magic and kept me as close to my budget as possible without demanding money down but they treated me like family. I never felt embarrassed about not having perfect credit or several grand free to throw around. Wesley was able to secure a BRAND NEW 2022 Kicks for me for less than the sister company was trying to get me into a used 2018 Kona at the same price point. Wesley McIver is an outstanding sales member that didn't just brush me off onto someone else or disappear once the papers were signed, he has kept in touch even weeks later to ensure I was still thrilled with my Kicks! I am and I can't wait to send people his way to get their own great deal on their new vehicle!

The employee Ivan was super helpful in resolving my issues with my car. The previous Nissan in Mesa said my car was ok and that nothing needed changing and then a few weeks later my car wouldn’t start anymore. The employee went above and beyond to help change the battery and make sure everything else was running smoothly. 10/10
