Never trust anyone
I thought this dealership was on the up and up. I bought a used car from them and financed 1/2 of it. The finance person told me that it would be through Chase at the percentage rate that is on the paperwork. After 3 weeks got a letter from Mechanics Bank saying they bought my auto finance from auto nation nissan tempe. I guess the car dealership gets a kickback on my financing. I tried calling the finance person, no response. Never trust anyone.

Great, friendly service. Got us what we wanted on that day with low stress. They did have a computer problem that evening but we finished the paperwork the next day quickly.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change with only 5000
I took my vehicle in for an oil change with only 5000 miles on my car and was told I needed an 2 air filters for $125.00 and when I picked my vehicle up and asked why I needed a filter I was told it’s usually changed at 18,000 miles. I understand they must up sale services but this was just wrong and I was ripped off.

Top notch service!
Top notch service! They were friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond and complete my service. I would have given them 5 stars but they didn't reset the maintenance warning messages when you first start the car like they normally do.

Ivan was friendly, professional, and very helpful. He explained things well, and he offered me a car wash. While I was waiting for my vehicle to be done, Ivan suggested I speak with someone in finance regarding the services I purchased with my vehicle. Terry was extremely helpful. He explained my benefits, printed everything out and gave me pamphlets for each service.
