wasted 3 hours for rep to tell the service department couldn't--or wouldn't--fix part hanging off muffler--exhaust system under warranty--"too expensive" to replace muffler--warranty too expensive for no help or repair or effort or work--service rep even said "not good service"

It took a bad post for you to respond, why would your GM not contact me and offer to make it right when I got my truck after the 3rd day? No thank you. That boat has sailed long out; I’ll never ever come back to this dealership nor ever recommend it.

The space is clean. The staff is knowledgeable and respectful. Concern there were things highlighted on my receipt that were not discussed saying I declined service. This process concerns me, should it have said future issues of service to watch.
