Thank you for responding to my review. We recently moved to AZ , and with everything going on at the worst time Ivan definatley made us feel like there was a light at the end of the tunnel, and he made our time at Nissan so stress free we definatley apprciated that. The whole process was dishonest from the start.
The whole process was dishonest from the start. They keep you at the dealership for hours to wear you down. From the start the salsas end was very unprofessional. The back and forth from salesman to sales manager was bad, salesman kept saying they were short on manager’s. The final price was agreed on, finally, the interest rate was agreed on. Then another hour went by editing on finance guy. Professional crook is how I describe him. On crutches he keep saying he couldn’t print a TPR. He beat me down, belittle me, saying how bad my credit was. Then he raised the final interest rate by 2 points. I was past the argument stage and had no fight left. I personally don’t recommend Auto Nation (Brown and Brown) Nissan to anyone. Get your pre approval somewhere else. Don’t take there credit. Especially extended warranty. Over priced and drives the payment up. This was my second bad experience with Nissan. Sad part, I love Nissan’s I have purchased five in the past eight years. Do yourself a favor… shop elsewhere….
