They are super friendly which i love and why i ultimately
They are super friendly which i love and why i ultimately came back. But they said car same day back. Did not happen and no call. I called next morning and they said by noon likely. Did not happen and no call. Now monday i get told supervisor will call and did not happen. I call just before noon they say lucky all done. Took longer because waiting on the part. Lie because they called me when part arrived to bring my truck at 7 am to get it done same day. I got it there 7:30. My 2022 frontier is less than 5k miles. No loaner is offered and when i get the truck 63 miles were on it. So i took a photo of my current milage at the shop with miles they took it at on their paper. Of course you sign paperwork before you get they key so now what. I called and they took no accountability. Yeah yeah maybe they had to drive it. But 63 miles?? They are so nice and located close i want to go. But no call and make up reasons held it and missed promises time multiple times. They need to communicate and follow up. Sad to say ill have to be idiot to go back. Which who knows. Third time is a charm or my fault for thinking otherwise.

I bought my vehicle from this dealership 12 years ago and
I bought my vehicle from this dealership 12 years ago and have had it serviced here over the years. I would say, things were a far cry from previous visits; however, it has become the way of things since the pandemic. My car wasn't washed, the plastic on the drivers seat and paper floor were left in it. I feel a lot of corners were cut. The multi point inspection form had no check or remarks. The thing that got me the most is that I bought a new battery. I had it tested later in the day and the health of the battery was 80 percent of the cold cranking amp fully charged. That was disappointing. I was sold a battery that had been on the shelf a long time. I know there is a 2 year warranty, but I expected better from AutoNation Tempe. I paid for a new battery and should expect the health of the battery to be 100 percent or very near that. Not happy.

Appreciate your response. I have been trying talk to someone for a week with no result. I have called the number you provided this week but can't get a live person. I get looped around with the automated attendant even when I select option for operator. I need someone to help me get in touch with someone. Can you intervene. I made an appointment for April 9th for new battery. Asked for a call to discuss. No call to date. Emailed service advisor on appointment email to contact me. Nothing. All I want is a fresh battery, not another one that's been discharging on the shelf when I go to the service dept next Saturday. Can you help?

Amazing Experience.
I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with the service and how Josh the sales person went above and beyond his duty to accommodate my needs. After having returned my rental I did not have transportation so he offered to pick me up and even chauffeured me again to run an errand. The buying experience was of a no pressure feel and the sales manager met me half way on my proposal. I will remember this experience for a while and my next car will definitely be from Auto Nation.

Fixed Transmission
