Worst experience ever with a dealer.

Worst experience ever with a dealer. I was quoted $4500 to R/R the transmission. I agreed. Then the quote jumped to $8000 ''due to rust''. I asked for further details and the service writer had no explanation. I took the car to another shop and they found nothing but normal surface rust. Fortunately the writer waived the inspection. Never again

Great communication throughout the process. Offered a fair price considering the current car shortage environment. I wish their closing process was more automated with less paper involved.

Brought my car for scheduled maintanance service.

Brought my car for scheduled maintanance service. Meet by my service advisor James Lykken upon my arrival. He was nice and friendly, approachable. Waited at the service waiting lounge with free wi fi, coffee & other amenities. After a few hours my car is done with no problem whatsoever.. Will be back on my next car schedule service.
