Excellent service, everything was done quickly &

Excellent service, everything was done quickly & efficiently. They covered all the items under warranty, not sure that other dealers would've done that, then they cleaned the car & had it all done when they said they would. I was even able to pick up my car till 7PM on a Friday night with a happy friendly service advisor!

I have only gone here for an oil change.

I have only gone here for an oil change. The staff us very friendly and nice. The price for an oil change is reasonable for a dealership. The wait fir an oil change is long anywhere from o 1-2 hours so if you don't have the time to wait they do offer shuttle service or you can rent a car..

I have dealt with them since 2014 when I bought my Maxima

I have dealt with them since 2014 when I bought my Maxima from Theo...it was a great experience, and I faithfully used them for all my maintenance visits...Danny is a great honest service advisor who never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. So when it was time to trade in my car, I immediately went to them and found Theo was still there! I test drove the 22 Maxima SV and loved it, and they had the color I wanted. I didn't buy it right away as I wanted to consider an Acura, but when someone came in and wanted to lease the one I had my eye on, Theo immediately called me to let me know. I had car pooled, and Theo came and got me to go finish the deal (which I felt was very fair) and then take me back to work. Now that is service!

Had a battery issue on my Certified Nissan and Nik in the sales department had it taken care of. They actually stood behind the vehicle they sold me! I would not hesitate a new vehicle purchase from this dealer and am happy to say a big “Thank you” Five star service!
