Excellent service recovery. The service department had my car for 6 days before they even looked at it. They did not communicate with me AT ALL during that time. My phone calls were not returned.they did however wave my deductible, which was appreciated

Had been researching the car and had what I felt was a fair price pre approved before I walked in. Josh was great to work with took time to show me features of car. Things turned sour for my experience when dealing with the finance person, why can’t NO mean NO not interested and move on…Very pushy…But would go back to AutoNation.
