Best vehicle buying experience

I've gone to a few dealerships in the Phoenix area looking for a specific vehicle, and Autonation Nisssan Tempe (ANT) provided the best deal up front to me. Other dealerships wanted to bargain, and negotiate which is something I'm not into. This dealership offered me the terms I was looking for upfront, while other dealerships wanted me to "compromise", and then finally meet my terms. My time is precious so if I can't get what I want up front then I don't want to hear anything else. I'm a bit picky, so ANT didnt have the color I wanted for my future vehicle, but they happened to acquire it from a different dealership BUT it didn't change the price. Coulter Nissan was going to do the same thing but charge me more because they "want to get rid of the vehicles in their own lot first". This was not the case with ANT. ABC Nissan wanted to charge me almost $13,000 more for the same vehicle I purchased from ANT. After they started this negotiation process, I demanded they return my keys from doing the appraisal so I could leave as I didnt want to hear anymore. I couldn't believe ABC Nissan would try to rip me off so much upfront, so they immediately lost my trust. Long story short, it took me 15 minutes of begging and pleading to the point of tears for them to return my keys to me. Even after they offered me their "best deal they could offer me", it was STILL $5,000 more than what ANT was offering me upfront. I did not feel pressured to purchase a vehicle at ANT, and they offered me the best price over everyone else in the valley upfront which was most important to me. I highly recommend this dealership.

Excellent Service Experience

The service team at Nissan Tempe AutoNation are great. The guys there have excellent customer service skills and are very friendly. Service was fast and I look forward to coming back for future service needs.

Bought a new car!

I recently just bought a new car here at autonation Tempe. Julius was great in helping me find the perfect car. My parents also recently bought a car here and I would say that we will definitely recommend this dealership!

I had my Rogue in for it's 1 year service and it was surprisingly painless. Shannon was professional, explained everything clearly and answered my questions. I love that when I make an appointment my car goes immediately in to service and my wait time is kept to a minimum. I purchased my last 2 vehicles, both Rogues, here and I'm a satisfied customer.

Great Dealership

I had my air bags replaced, because of a recall. One of the other auto nations was going to be weeks longer. Tempe was faster, and everyone was super nice and very helpful. I live in Chandler but I would go back hear again when I need anything.

The Dealer made the car buying process so easy

We purchased a new Nissan Sentra last Friday and it was the easiest new car purchase ever. From making the deal to getting the car detailed and ready to deliver the process was so professional. Kesha was so nice to work with. We would definitely use this dealership again.

Great customer service

My Versa had to have two airbags replaced. I was wondering what was going to happen but My experience wasn’t anything I expected. The service given by Saul went above and beyond and he have experienced at a dealer shop. He reassured me everything would get done as quickly as possible and then made sure it did. His reassurance kept me calm and made me trust him and the company he represents. I certainly would recommend the service!
