Productive and well done service

Had an oil change done, service advisor was Shannon, very knowledgeable and friendly she explained all work done & made sure car was well inspected. She went over all the details of what was done and any other items that may need to be done in the future. Performance was nice and quick did not have a long wait and will definitely return for any future service needs on my car.

Kesha did an awesome job from phone reply to working with at the dealership. Very professional but almost felt like I was sitting with someone that I had known for years, very comfortable

Helpful Service from Saul

Went to Nissan to get my car fixed. Talked to Saul, he had informed of what needed to be done. After getting the work done plus oil change, had realized I started smelling a burning smell. Called Saul to which he had me come back to the shop for a check and help get me a rental . Had the cap for the engine oil to be missing spilling oil all over the engine. As I was getting the paperwork done, Saul had informed of what he was going to do. He covered the rental, was going to have the oil replaced, and clean off the engine of all the oil. It put me at ease to see him take ownership of problem. He told me that he would try to car ready the next day and would call me. To my surprise I got a call the next day and was told the car was ready. So thank you Saul for your professionalism.

Kesha Rush

If anyone ever wants to buy a vehicle go see Kesha !! Totally amazing girl great personality and she will get the job done!!! Very quick I did everything on the internet went to the dealership car was waiting for me to test drive. I was in and out quick unlike the 4-6 hour wait everywhere else!!!

Only Looking

I only wanted to look around, it didn't work out that way. Meet Kesha Rush a friendly, knowledgeable sales woman. After test driving and talking about the car I ended up driving off with a 2017 Sentra. My experience was so stress free that I'll gladly recommend people go see Kesha.

Fantastic Experience!!!

Best experience ever!

My experience with Saul from AutoNation Nissan in tempe was the best I’ve ever had. He was able to fix my car and tell me exactly what was wrong. He was very friendly and I’ll definitely be going back to him!

I LOVED BEING SCREWED OVER BY AUTONATION. FUN TIMES.

I love a good screwing. I also love short leases. I leased a 2018 Nissan Sentra SR here for 16 days! What? You didn't know there was a 16 day option? Neither did I! Here's why. On December 12, 2017, I signed a lease contract with the Nissan Sentra SR and drove the car home. On December 18, 2017, I had the car re-detailed at AutoNation Nissan. On December 27, 2017, I received a text saying that there were issues with the lease financing. They offered me a purchase option for $100.00 more than what was agreed upon originally. After resisting, the finance manager then apologized and said he could MATCH the original lease price for a purchase option. Huh. On December 28, 2017 I surrendered the car, got my deposit back because all that transpired seemed very unfair. This place does business without integrity. TLDR: TRIED TO SWINDLE ME, don't waste your time and money.

Great service

I was always afraid of poor service, long waits, unnecessary upgrading, everywhere I go, but to my surprise I was treated with dignity and respect at this dealership. The problem was found very quickly, repaired, and was ready way before I expected. I will return in the future for all .y service needs. Chris Maricopa
