Amazing!

I’ve had my eye on the 2019 Jetta for a few months now but I wasn’t sure if it was going to be financially possible for me to get one. I went in a few weeks ago and was taken care of! I’m incredibly happy with the service I received and they were able to work with me to make sure I walked away with the car that I loved!

Financial Smoke and Mirrors at VW Camelback

I'll start off that I had a nice salesman; he was young and new to the auto sales biz. The financial practices at VW Camelback are deceiving and questionable. VW Camelback claims that they are a 'volume-driven dealership' and that they are not trying to optimize their financial margins, but this does not appear to be true based on several issues that I experienced with this dealership. The pay off of the loan of my trade-in vehicle did not occur in a timely manner and resulted in my making an extra payment on a vehicle that I no longer owned in addition to a pay-off figure that was less than what was owed on the vehicle. I checked the VW Camelback website for what they were offering for leases on their cars the next day and identified that they were offering a monthly lease payment that was > $90 less than what I was offered, even with the trade in of a 2017 vehicle (which they also made a profit on). I called the dealership to try and understand this offer in comparison to what I was paying and the sales manager stated that it does not include fees, taxes, and all the fluff that it is added to the car at the dealership to increase the price point. By the way, it is not an option to not have these items included with the car. In general, very deceiving marketing and sales practices - there is no possible way you can get anywhere near the offered lease - always add on at least $100 to any offer you see marketed from this dealership. It does not share these extra costs in the fine print that I could see. The registration process was also challenging and was not completed in a timely manner - my paper tag expired before I received the new tag; I did receive it the next day though. I really wish they would not cut it so close on the registration process. I do not feel comfortable working with this dealership anymore based on the financial 'smoke and mirrors' at VW Camelback. I can appreciate that the dealership needs to make a profit to pay the bills, labor, and reinvest in the company - I just want honest financial figures presented to me that don't result in unexpected costs and the financial and registration transactions to occur in a timely manner so I don't feel like I am being deceived or tricked. Thank You.

Happy with my third Subaru lease!

Gabe was friendly and knowledgeable about the Outback I leased. The price was negotiated with a sales manager who's name I can't recall. I was able to get what I thought was a fair price. There was a slight hiccup with Finance about the Lease Loyalty Program (my third Subaru lease) but Tu was able to resolve the problem to my satisfaction. Shannon was also helpful in that regard. Overall very happy with my experience at this dealer.

Bought a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek

I was very pleased with my experience here. I had a car picked out with a certain price point and the team was able to work with me to meet that price, I worked with David and Kory on the deal. They were both extremely helpful, it was a pleasure to do business with them.

No BS

I came in to this dealership looking to get a new car (of course). I told them what I wanted and the bottom line that I would take and they didn’t fluff me up every chance they got, we just got the deal done. What else could you want from a dealership? Staff was super friendly as well

Crosstrek

Lovely

Jordan was my sales person.. he was very motivated just as much as I was to get me a car and to leave with it. I am very thankful for the opportunity to have met him. Amazing customer service

Gabe was extremely personable, and easy to get along with. Working with him is nothing like the stereotypical car dealership experience, more like the opposite. He worked to help me, find out what I wanted, and did everything he could to get me my dream car! He's followed up with me to see how I love my dream car, and to ensure my complete satisfaction. So much better then those sales people that forget about you after you leave! If you ever go to this location, I strongly recommend you ask for Gabe! He made sure I truly enjoyed my first car purchase, and I can confidently say he'll do the same for you!

Impressed!!

Our experience with Al Pereyra, his sales manager, the awesome gentleman who's role is Host, I'm guessing.. absolutely all of the associates were professional and energetic. Communication through email and phone were excellent. They beat the prices at other dealerships and stayed in touch with us after our purchase of beautiful new Jetta.

Gabe Rocks

Gabe was super helpful during our visit to this dealership. He took the time to listen to our needs and wants, walked us through our options, ensured we test drove the perfect car, and worked with us on the numbers to make the deal work. We had no intention of buying a car this weekend but he found us the perfect fit for the right price, so we ended up ringing the gong. Great salesman to work with! Porter and Korey were also very helpful in ensuring all the numbers worked, and that we understood where pricing was coming from and how it may impact our refinancing.
