Coulter Cadillac Buick GMC

I'd just like to say that this has been the most enjoyable car buying experience that my husband and I have ever had! I had originally called on a silver CTS that I saw online, after speaking with Glenn Heiser he informed me that the car I was calling about was already sold, but he had another car and if I like the silver CTS I would love the black one he had on the lot. Well he was right! After taking the car for a test drive and being shown all the bells and whistles that come with a Cadillac, Glenn Heiser proceeded to answer all of our questions and even answered some we haven't even thought of. He explained the CPO in detail and after that and the price it was really a no brainer. We bought the car. He worked with us on our trade in and what we thought was a fair price for the Murano. Glenn Heiser and the team at Coulter Cadillac were very professional, the paperwork on the sale was done in a fast and effiecent manner. Not like other dealerships where you wait for hours on end and feel like you are interrupting their day. I would certainly recommend Glenn and the team from Coulter to my family and friends for their next car and will buy my next car from them too! Coulter Cadillac has been my dealer of choice for over 8 years. In that time I have had 3 vehicles and the sales and service staff have been exemplary! For the sales department, they always work to find me the best deal and manage my trade ins and financing with consideration and honest communication. Purchasing vehicles isnt what it used to be but I always feel I am treated fairly. Glenn was great in helping me get into my new car and I absolutely love it!!! For the service department, Scott Bergstrom is wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and addresses my concerns with respect and understanding. He always goes above and beyond which is extremely rare in almost any service industry. This is the only dealer that I recommend to friends and family and will continue to use them as my service dealer even though I live an hour away. Went in this last weekend to view a used Corvette they had for sale. I was greeted right away by Bill Jurczak. I say "greeted" instead of assulted like most dealerships. Bill was polite, professional and even knowledgable about the Chevy product I wanted to purchase even though this is a Cadillac dealership. The enitire time I was treated with respect and never did I feel the high-preasure sales tactics used by most car dealers. I purchased the vehicle and the transaction was smooth and efficient. I also worked with Rick Baena doing all the paperwork and arranging the financing. Once again, top-notch. It was a truly pleasant experience as getting a new vehicle should be. I would highly-recommend this dealership and these two gentlemen based on my experience.

Bill and Marc work together on this, bill sold me the car and Marc enlivened the car to me. I had strick guide lines in what the kind of experience that I wanted and they fully respected that and ensure I had the experience that I wanted. I do my home work before I start to look at dealerships. I test drove a Cadillac at legends and when the time Mae that I wanted to lease my car legends was the most rude and arragont dealership I have ever dealt with. I asked them for the best possible price and Jim I think that was his name said I sell 37 of these a month, the price is what it is and bascly said take it or leave it. When I talk to bill I said this is what I want to place down I want a payment no higher than this. They not only did not just give me the price I wanted to pay but came in 50 a month less. That is customer service Bill met my and exceeded my expectations, I brought the car over the phone. I explained what I wanted to happen when I came in to sign the paper work I dont have time to hang out in car yartpds and they respected that and had me in and out very quickly. They are the best and would recommend them to any one you ant go wrong simple the best. As for Legents cadaliac they called me the day after and when I told them the price that Coulter gave me they said I was liaring and at that could not be done, I got what I wanted and you must remember they sell 37 cars a month and hey don't need to give you a deal WRONG go to Coulter and hey will give you the best deal and you don't need to go else where Coulter are the legends not legends cadaliac of Scottsdale they suck.
