They handled the transport and had the car delivered to us immediately. We couldn't be more happy with the car and it was a pleasure dealing with everyone at the dealership. Not the same dealership anymore, no loylaty programs for long term customer buying a $45,000 vehicle off lease. A new customer is treated like royalty, but someone buying their 9th Infiniti is just a number on a sales ledger

Clean, courteous and efficient dealership. Staff was friendly and helpful. Full service was not available because of the weekend day but the tech service will follow up

I was impressed and felt comfortable in the dedication, professionalism and loyalty they both have for their customers. Alfonso was very attentive, personable and went over and beyond to make sure I had the right fit for a car that my husband surprised me with. In all the years of car buying have my husband and I been treated so well. The staff at Scottsdale Infinity was also so professional and welcoming.
