Rob listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. Sent the pictures Sunday night. I was test driving the one I picked out the next day. After negotiating some I bought that vehicle. They have great customer service and follow up service on your vehicles. Answered all my questions. Showed me all the features on the car before the test drive.

chris conger is a terrific guy. very nice, thoughtful, and trustworthy. There;s no one better, I have my family see Chris as often as needed. we have over 10 Toyotas in our family , approx. 4 come to larry Miller as others are out of town.

Preys on the elderly does unnecessary repairs
My 72 year old mother went there for free recall work on the airbag they put here car on the rack inspected her brakes and charged her over $500 for pads and rotor work on a car with under 61k original miles she was there 4 hours missed her doctor appointment. Thought she would be there for an hour or so.. they just couldn't do the free recall airbag work. What was the reason for taking of tires and inspecting the brake I just drove her car nothing was needed.. snake xxx machnic preying on the elderly

Everyone, esp. Bill and Tim, were exceptially courteous
Tim and Bill were very friendly and courteous and helpful in taking "stuff" from our old car to the new. We came in for brake fluid and ended up with a new car so that says something about their ability to change people's minds. If I am ever this way again and need a car, I will ask for them. Amazed
Tim G. was amazing. He treated my husband and I with respect from the beginning. We walked in knowing what we were willing to spend. He never once questioned us. We spent all day at the dealership and we're not the easiest customers. However with the way Tim treated us...you would have thought we had been lifelong friends. He was not your "typical" sales man, he wanted what was best for our family and budget. Thank u Tim

purchase a 2017 Prius
We met 4 individuals during our experience at Larry Miller. Shannon Secord was the major contact from sales with Rob Bradshaw in the background. Shannon was personable and willing to answer all questions. One error we made was not driving the vehicle before filling out the paper work. Our 2010 Prius trade-in had the Sirius-Xm connection built into the audio system. We love that service, however the 2017 vehicle did not have that package, thus we would have held off until we would find a vehicle with it. Shannon didn't know if the vehicle had that package or not, however in calling the service dept. the next day ,he said our Prius 2 did not have the package. The truly impressive employee was Mariano in Finances. Truly professional and on his game and a joy to talk with. I would rate both these individuals at 10 or better. The only downer was our error in not being sure the Sirius Xm package was in place, which we might have noticed if we had driven the vehicle and checked the audio package. The vehicle is a dream to drive, and it will take awhile to figure out all the computer technology, and we have every kind of insurance and maintenance agreement possible, thus we look forward to several years of minimal cost on this vehicle.

Took my car in for oil change and a malfunctioning tire alert light. When I picked up the car I was surprised there was no charge for the light. I was told the technician rebooted it and it is now working. Also the battery did not test well and because it was a new battery under warranty, it was replaced. I am always very pleased at the fact that I am told if something isn't working 100% and if it is not under warranty, then I am asked what I want to do. Such as when I brought my car in last year and the tires were rotting, not worn, I was informed and I replaced them at that visit. I am very pleased with Chris Conger, my service consultant. He has always been "up front" with me.
