false advertising

false advertising at its finest. if you list a truck for sale complete with pictures, when you get to the dealer you should expect to pay that amount for the truck plus tax title license fee and a document fee. this particular dealer does a very good job of false advertising. i was looking at their website and found a truck i wanted to go look at. the pictures of the truck were very nice. the price was fair. they had the price listed for the truck as 48500 and had a complete rundown of the truck as well as many associated pictures. when i got my entire family ready to go to the dealer to look at and test drive the truck i was in for a giant shock when they said this particular truck had a dealer addendum of $23000. thats right they wanted what they had the truck advertised for $48500 plus an additional $23000 bringing the total for the truck up to $71000 plus tax title license and doc fee (plus what ever other additions they can make up we didn't get that far) needless to say i will never buy a toyota from them and nor will any of my family. BUYER BEWARE

return lease

We where told by a Tanya to be at the dealership by 5 pm to turn in our lease car we arrives at 3 and was told she was gone and they where closed. granted it is christmas eve but I didn't make the appointment. don't like LIARS

Routine Oil Change

I was on a tight time table. I asked that the work be done in no longer than an hour and 15 minutes. They did it in 50 minutes! Everything was great.

Amazed!

We had brought our car for a service check and were leaving the center when we were stopped by salesmen and given an offer to buy a new car. We couldn't resist listening. even though we had no intention of buying a new car. After several offers, we were offered the one we couldn't refuse. Bought a fantastic vehicle for a fantastic offer! The only drawback we experienced was the several episodes of waiting. 2nd Rav 4 we bought at Larry Miller and love them both! Great dealership and salespeople!

Unexpectedly good day

Due to a traumatic life event, I was in a very difficult situation needing to get rid of an SUV too big and expensive for me. The salesman and manager were concerned that if I just turned it in I would lose too much money since I had just purchased the vehicle 3 months ago . They worked hard to find something I would enjoy driving in that was more my size and budget and helped me trade in my SUV and used beetle. They took me on 2 test drives to make sure I was happy. It was an unexpectedly pleasant day .

Salesman Tim was excellent -

Our sales rep was very attentive, but not pushy, which we appreciate. There was a very long wait for financing- over and hour and half. But once we got in there Donnovan was excellent.
