New tires and oil change.

Great service. Dean is a good advisor! We had our car aligned, new tires and an oil change. Also new windshield wipers. We were very pleased with the service. We like the dealership.

I wish they would have told me that I needed to change the filters. I would have done them. They told me when the car was finished. I hope they ask me next time and don't say on the paper that I said no. That was the only thing I didn't like. I have been with you guys for years and I think is respect. Thanks anyway.

Routine check up

Visit to the service department was easy, fast and efficient. I arrived early and was taken immediately and the car was returned within an hour. Waiting area is warm and inviting.

First service, not good

I have concerns of if my oil was even change period. There is absolutely no evidence of my skid plate even being removed to access the oil filter and no markings on the oil filter housing. If it was removed, there would be some sort of finger print, wrench or tool mark indicating it was removed. This skid plate is large and would be almost impossible to remove without leaving some sort of mark on it or disturbing the dirt and dust on the plate itself. Had to laugh also when my vehicle was pulled up to the service delivery area and Amanda stated they topped off all the fluids, rotated my tires and filled my windshield washer bottle. My windshield wipers and washer fluid has never even been used yet and I would hope at 1800 miles my vehicle would be full on the fluids from the factory.

Thanks for reaching out to us Shannon! We can easily explain why it looks like your oil wasn't changed, because your 5,000 mile service doesn't require an oil change. Because your vehicle uses synthetic oil it only requires an oil change every 10,000 miles. Your 5,000 mile service included a tire rotation, topping off of any fluids that were low, and resetting the maintenance light. I hope you find this helpful! Maintenance Light

The maintenance light came on in the car. I stopped by the Toyota dealership to have it turned off. Dean my service person checked my records and the car was due for an oil change to my surprise. Time had gone by fast. He scheduled me the very next day to bring car in for the oil change and tire rotation. Very prompt service, didn't have to wait long. The waiting area has plenty food and TV's to pass the time. Excellent follow up for service that time had gotten away from me. Bonnie Harrison

Car purchase

I needed a newer car and I started the process online and was contacted immediately. That evening I went in and that evening I drove home with a newer car with low miles and a great payment!
