I have to say Gonzalo is the most professional and qualified service writer I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He does what he says he is going to do and has it done on time. Outstanding service writer.

Chris Conger was extremely helpful and courteous. My regular maintenance appointment was performed on time and to my satisfaction. He also explained how my additional 3rd year pre- purchased maintenance is handled. I will continue to use this dealership even though it is not the closest.

Service was good pricing poor

Suggestion by service department to have battery fan cleaned in a Prius was over priced. Compared two other dealers and their prices were 20% cheaper. They did adjust price but the sense of trust was damaged.
