I recently shopped at several dealerships for my new car....

I recently shopped at several dealerships for my new car. I went to Larry H Miller Nissan with high hopes because I really appreciated the professionalism and help I received from the Internet sales rep I had dealt with via email. He gave me several quotes for different 2012 Pathfinders and was very informative. I emailed him with a concern because the other dealers I had spoken with said that there were no other 2012 Pathfinders available. Everyone was limited to stock on hand. Larry H Miller had zero 2012 Pathfinders in their inventory. I was assured by the sales rep that he could get the vehicles we discussed over email, and to come on down so we could take a look. My experience went terribly once I actually came in. My sales person was working with a customer already, so instead of setting me up with one of his partners to start working on my purchase, I was asked to wait for a 1/2 hour while he finished up. Then, in true sleazy dealer fashion, he took my keys. Although I clearly stated I wanted to use my own financing and provided the sales rep with the pre-approval letter complete with all the terms, he completely ignored it and came back to me with what "they" could do for me. I told him all I was interested in was the price he quoted me over email, and that I needed to leave in about an hour. I asked him to give my keys back just in case. He came back and said he was "getting close," and then walked out the front door. Instead of giving me my keys back as I had asked, he hopped in my car and drove it around to the back of the building. Then, once again another used car sales tactic, he brings out his "general manager." The "general manager" says he might be able to get me this deal, but he wants me to give him some money so he can buy the car from another dealer because they don't have the car. I told him I guess we can't do business if I have to buy your inventory for you, and asked for my car keys again. He sent the sales rep to get my car and my keys. The "general manager" then described the car that he wanted me to give him money to get to his dealership. When I told him that was not the car I wanted, and I described the car I wanted, the following was how the conversation went verbatim. Read This Carefully: GM: "That car doesn't exist." Me: "That's not true. I just looked at 3 of them today at other dealerships." GM: "Which ones?" Me: "Power Nissan and Earnhardt Nissan." GM: "Then maybe you should buy from them." Me: "Okay then." By that time my car had been brought back and the sales rep had handed me my keys, so I left. I took the "general manager's" advice and purchased elsewhere.

From my first call to your dealership to Danny Thomas,to my callback from his team mate Aaron, I knew that you wanted me as a happy patron. Finding us the car that we really wanted, taking us through all the paper work with your credit department to delivery of the car was an enjoyable experience. Especially Aaron who ran himself ragged and explained every step along the way. Keep him, he is a good man and employee. Would I recommend your dealership.? I most definately will. Brady Stuhldreher

My wife and I were treated well by both Robert and Mark at Larry H. Miller. In fact due to Robert's honesty, respect and the fact that he is personable was THE reason I decided to purchase my vehicle at Larry H. Miller. I had been bouncing back and forth between dealerships with pricing etc...We all know what the "typical" car salesman is like. Robert and Mark were soft spoken, kind, and courteous...not loud boisterous and obnoxious (I wasn’t called “boss” “man” “dude” “bro” “partner” and my wife was treated with respect also, not just a tag along). I had already done all the leg work on the vehicle we want, so they only needed to win us over by hitting the right price and being likable. I loathe purchasing vehicles at dealerships because it’s hard to feel ‘good’ about the purchase. There is always that feeling that you paid too much/could have gotten a better deal somewhere else, or just feel swindled and used. With these guys I actually felt like I won…and that’s really all that matters. I’m happy with my vehicle, the price, and I don’t have a bad taste in my mouth from this transaction.

The sales process was far better than any bother dealer I have dealt with. Jermel asked me the right questions and gave me the answers to them right away. He wasted no time. This was the most pleasant experience I have had in a very long time with a car dealer.

Mical took down what I wanted and within minutes had three 2012 choices for me. Jason was willing to work on the cost. Service Rocks!

I have been in customer service for 15 years and my expectation of what customer service should be is fairly high. Every person I came into contact with at Larry Miller Nissan (Mesa) met and exceeded those expectations. They were kind courteous and very patient with me and answered my questions (which were ALOT as this is my first new car) I have used Larry Miller Nissan (Mesa) for service issues in the past and each trip has been better than the last. I plan on using this dealership for a very long time and recommending them to all of my friends and family.

All staff I worked with were friendly, courteous, non-pressuring, and mindful of my time. I felt they all went above and beyond to meet my expectations. Jermel Parson in particular was a pleasure to work with. I will return to this dealership for future purchases, and will recommend them to friends and family. Great job.
