I had to have the transmission replaced. I am not from the area and the repair would take over 5 days to fix. The dealership did not offer me a loaner... car. I got stuck with a $600 rental car bill. Now I'm fighting with Honda to get my money back

It was our second lease with Honda. Was very impressed and happy with the service Ryan Adams extended to us. He contacted us prior to expiration of our... lease, always referred to us very respectively and we felt like he knew us and really cared to give us the best service. He made sure we were comfortable during out time spent with him. Paperwork was very efficient as we were returning leasee.

We came in to look for a new vehicle, and trade in 2 used Honda's of ours. We dealt with Brain in sales, and Ryan in financing. We had a very good experience,... and wasn't there all day. I was buying a used car because I am passing my 2012 Honda Civic to my step-son. I knew I wanted a Honda again, preferably a Civic. The 2016 Civic Ex-T... I bought was what I wanted plus a little more "fun" I did not expect. No pressure to up-sell or anything. The only issue was waiting for the finance guy when we completed the sale. I realize they were understaffed in that area and don't blame him (sorry, forgot his name), but there should have been more finance staff there.
