Capitol City Ford

I went in to Capitol City Ford in Greenfield today with a connectivity issue with Car Play. Joshua took the time to identify the issue and was able to fix it. At no charge! Great customer service!

This was our first time dealing with Capital City Ford and we were very pleased with our experience. I inquired about a vehicle they had advertised and they responded very quickly. We were able to schedule an appointment for a couple hours later and check it out and then we decided to buy it. We dealt with Mark Gottwald and the whole experience was great.

Picked out the used Chevrolet Tahoe and test drove. We decided to buy it and the process went very smooth and quick. This is the second vehicle we have bought from Capitol City Ford.

I purchased a 2026 Ford Expedition (King Ranch). The was no pressure from the salesperson (Mark Gottwald). He was friendly compassionate and understanding when it came to the model of vehicle I wanted. We were allowed to take the vehicle for a test drive which allowed me to make my decision on purchasing the vehicle. He assisted with the trade in value of my car. The finance manager (Chris Jansen) methodically went over every detail of the paperwork (maintenance plan, Gap Insurance and title application) to ensure we understood all the information and acknowledged our and Fords responsibilities. Experience for others may not meet their expectations, but for me in my opinion, Overall, my experience was great with the dealership at Capitol City Ford located on East Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN. Purchased a 2019 Ford Edge and was told it would be full on fuel and interior cleaned prior to pick up. Upon arriving the vehicle was not filled with fuel, leaving only 6 miles before empty and interior was not detailed as stated. A very disappointment transaction since the vehicle was paid in full before leaving. Obviously the customer didn't come first.

The team was VERY helpful in finding the right Ranger to replace my older one. Harrison spent a long time searching until he got exactly what I wanted.
