Hare Chevrolet

Have had trouble with getting shuttle after pre-scheduling. Also, last couple of trips was told car was in lot outside of service area with keys in it only to find out it was not and had to go back into service department for them to go get it and bring it out.

I was given the wrong bill and they were very courteous and friendly. They corrected the error and made things right. I was very happy with the dealerships effort to make things right.

It was just the first oil change and a tire repair but it went very smooth and the dealer went above and beyond!! I did not have the wheel lock key with me and they had an extra one and let me keep it at no charge.

I recently brought my car in for a routine oil change. I always have a good experience at Hare, they have fast and friendly service.

Even though we purchased a non-Chevrolet used car, we were treated with the upmost courtesy. I really don't know how we could have been treated any better if we had purchased a new vehicle.

Staff was very friendly and worked with me to get me a loan and a nice vehicle that I could afford and I love my Equinox!

I was beyond pleased with the customer service and overall experience. I never thought I would walk out of there with a brand new car but they sure made it happen!! Corbin was an amazing sale associate! I will be referring friends and family to this young man.

Service was done in an efficient manner. Technician explained all the work done and made sure I did not have any questions.

I came in for an oil change and Jamie was very courteous and helpful. Very friendly and kind. Everyone has been that way in the service department.
