Service writers are helpful and knowledgeable. Service is usually fast and well done. You won’t need to bring your car back because the problem wasn’t fixed the first time.

I bring my car in every 3 months for oil changes and in
I bring my car in every 3 months for oil changes and in November I asked them to check my brakes for hearing some noise and the lights being on. The man told me that it was nothing wrong with the brakes, and it had to be the censors. In February I took it back in for another oil change they came back saying I needed pads, rotors, wheel bearings, lugnuts, studs, calipers and axle problems. This is all something they could have found 3 months earlier. I had no problems in the beginning when Drew had in house finance, he made sure the service department was on top of the vehicle problems since he has left it has gone downhill.
