My overall experience with this dealership was pretty great. I really appreciated how TJ and Cade made the process of buying a car easy and not stressful. TJ made sure I was kept up to date on the progress of my car in transit and Cade made the financing portion straightforward. They were both very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with!

They don't offer replacements or inflate prices arbitrarily; everything they sell is genuine Toyota parts. This is the best store I found.

went in for oil change, took off skid plate on tundra, and said could not remount safely. Threw in back of truck, and did not even return bolts or shield screws. Said bolts were stripped, not true, got 3 M8 bolts to thread in and 2 broken off. I did not break off bolts???? Very unhappy.
