Easy to make an appointment. My Service Advisor got me into a loaner quickly and my car was ready as promised- and in perfect working order- the next day. Great experience!

I owned BMW's for 20 years. I always used to take my car to another BMW dealer. It used to be odyssey just to get a loaner. I had to call to get an appointment. Everything was just a nightmare. Once you enter this Service Department everything is first class.

Service appointment was made quickly and the service adviser was friendly and arranged for me to get a loaner since it would take several days. Vehicle was finished before expected and the process was simple.

I highly recommend the Braman Service Center. I always receive excellent service. They are very friendly, professional and knowledgable. The waiting time is minimal and always kept.

I have a great service advisor Marco Rodrigez who is efficient and friendly and has a great sense of urgency for his customers. he's great to work with and why we don't know each other well, I know him to be a really good guy.
