Sam and Roberto were both amazing helping me through the whole process. At the begining I was not sure which car to buy, BMW was one of my options and the sellers were so helpfull and nice that at the end of my visit I was sure I wanted a mini cooper and in love with the car as well. Unlike other dealers the customer service is amazing and they really work with you and for you to get the best help you need. Jeremy was also really nice when I was paying for my car, he explained everything really patiently and was extremely nice and positive. My first car was not a bmw, my second car was a Z4 but I didnt buy it from this dealer, and the mini cooper I bought is my 3rd car, I will always come back to this dealer. My sellers were both extremely respectful, patient, helful and nice. I will recomend people to go to your dealer for sure!

Arrived late on Sunday, 02/14 for a leak in my run-flat tire. Jason Delgado tended to my needs, despite the purchase of my 328i at a competing dealership. Jason was efficient and amicable. Having my service performed at Brahman definitely made me wish that I had purchased my BMW at Brahman.

advisers always helpful. no surprises.only issue was an e-mail offer back in Dec/2015 for full inspection value of $250.00? i signed up on line and they never got back to me for apt.
