I must say the experience I had with Braman BMW was unlike no other and I had gone to other BMW dealers in the area, along with owning other BMWs. First the experience with the live chat with the dealership was very relaxing and not pressuring. The initial call from the dealership was a refreshing one as well as the face to face meeting with the sales person (Andy Rubio and Gisele Coymat). My sales people were very professional, attentive, caring and not pressuring, what a refreshing feeling. The Braman facility is a very relaxing facility and not pressuring. I must say that Ricardo was also very professional. Braman is fortunate to have the three of them working for them. Lets not forget the financial person Louella, who made me feel like I knew her for years and we were just catching up on old times. Dealing with everyone at Braman almost made me forget that I was purchasing a car. I want to thank everyone I encountered at Braman and am sure my future dealings will be just as relaxing and without stress.

Service Department is very we organized. Clean. Efficient. Offered cold bottle of water. When my husband dropped my Mini Countryman off, they paid Uber ride home! Doesn't get any better. I love my mini.

Walked into show room was introduced to salesman Hugo Martinez. Hugo was very informative & very honest. Unfortunately I didn't make the deal until the following day when I returned. I than spoke to Mauricio Alvarez who picked up where Hugo and I left off. Mauricio was honest and willing to negotiate a deal that worked for both of us. At the very end Hugo also got credit for the sale as well. Great experience

We went on line and got pre approved for purchasing a new car A few hrs later got an email from Braman and a phone call to do a get drive We set our appoint the with Paulo santos, who extremely nice and courteous with us... And he also made the process super easy They had plenty of choices (engines, features, colors, etc...) on the model we wanted (BMW X6), tested the model we liked, traded in our older car (fair valued), went to see the finance guy for just a few a min Used to other dealers we were ready to bargain and wait there for a bunch of hours, but thank God there was no need to that, we were out of there driving our brand new car in just a matter of a couple of hours Awesome experience, the best so far!!!
