I've been taking my car for service with Rodrigo Vanegas for several years; he is always professional, patient, friendly, provides great customer service, and does his job with a smile.i would recommend him to anyone.

From start to finish I the service was excellent. I dealt with other dealerships and by far this is the best of the best. Jose Alamo was professional, personable and made sure everything was taken care of. Each step of the way every employee I had contact with was very knowledgable and pleasant. When my car was finished it was clean and I was walked out to the parking lot to get into it! I cannot say enough nice things--This was my first time at Braman and it will not be my last!

We really liked our salesman Simon Russell from the first time we met him and we knew if we were going to purchase a BMW, we wanted to do it from Braman because of Simon. He was helpful, we asked him lots of questions and he always answered them without hassle. Then when we did end up purchasing from Simon and we also met with Alejandro the finance manager and we too liked him, he was helpful and we asked all sorts of questions again that he answered without hassle. Overall our experience at Braman was an easy one with really great service.

Alan Massey is an extremely knowledgable and reliable service rep. He has been providing fantastic service on my two Mini Cooper S's for years. I will only buy and service my vehicles at Braman of Miami because of their incomparable service dept., technicians and staff. Both of my vehicles were purchased at Braman of Miami and have always been serviced at Braman's Service Dept.

It's nice to buy your car in an elegant environment. Just make sure you don't over do it. They have an amazing collection of new and used cars so unless you can afford more stick to your price range. Great friendly staff that work well together. They explain the paperwork and how the car operates so you leave there knowing what you bought and how to use it

Worst service experience ever. They hate to deal with manufacturer warranties, and BMW Corporate does nothing but apologize. Steer clear of his place. Your best bet is to drive to Lauderdale, or Vista.
