I've been going to Braman BMW since I bought my 328i used in 2013. I'm very satisfied with the service that Marlon my advisor provides. He is very knowledgeable about my car and trustworthy. I've taken my car in for all kinds of service and repairs; my experiences are always great, as Marlon does a great job listening to any issues I need resolved and looking for any other issues the car may have. The mechanic staff also completes the work very quickly, though it's always sweet to get a new loaner to drive around!
