The service dept is outstanding, its the was they welcome you when you arrive. Very generous and friendly, and their personality is awesome. Also my service advisor Maruf is very attentive when I call with a problem. Besides that BMW is my favorite car, and this is my 3rd one, the service dept has a great impact as to why I continue to be a BMW customer.

Overall great buying experience. Service was great up to the standards you would expect from a BMW dealer. I would recommend this dealer to anyone, it was a very pleasurable experience.

I serviced my BMW135 for the drivers side window that fell behind the door panel. My contact person @ the dealership was nice enough to describe the part that was broken behind the door panel. It was describe as a piece of plastic that held two hinges that pulled up and lowered the window.. Not only was the part not in stock,but then the cost of the part and labor came to play. With already leaving the dealership with a loaner car.. I had no other choice but to accept a $874.00, plus taxes, charged for the small plastic part that had broken. To add to the above, when I did pick up m car, the door panel had a permanent hole (noticeable), done during service. Currently, I am awaiting 14 business days for a new door panel to come in. To be honest, next time I will do my research and find an alternate place to service my car.. The service was horrible & the price was super unreasonable even for a BMW. I am Very disappointed.

I'm very please with the effort the saleperson showed in getting us the vehicle we wanted in even though we came into the dealer not knowing what features and options were beat suited for our family.

I love that I do not have to worry about anything! Felipe my Service adviser, takes care of me from the moment I come in, I do not have to be worrying about talking to different people, my car is giving to me nice and clean and everything in working order, Felipe does not roll his eyes when he ask me what wrong wit the car and I just say " everything is lighting up I do not know" His patience and concern are genuine. My Husband does not feel like he has to go with me he knows Felipe is there for me.

Mark Martinez was excellent. I have worked with him twice. Both experiences were very professional, efficient and convenient. Great experience and I would highly recommend Mark and the dealership.
