Once again, great experience with Jessika. Dropped car off, got loaner and was informed 1 hour later that it was ready....washed and all. She did it again. That's why i have referred her to my clients and friends.

I got to Braman BMW in Miami to have my car serviced and I preferred to wait, everything was done in around 1 hour that's is the right time. I 'm pleased with the process.

Alan Massey, my Service Advisor, is the best! I let him know when I will be coming up to the dealership a couple of days in advance, and he always responds and is available when I arrive. He checks out my car, a 2011 MINI Cooper S, to see what it may need and advises me. On my recent visit, I had standard service done (no charge) and purchased 4 new tires (Bridgestone run-flats). The car runs great and rides better on the new tires. And the courtesy wash and vacuum are always appreciated.

Our salesman Antonio was excellent, he went above and beyond the call of service including his support staff. I knew that I had made the right decision to purchase my new Volcanic Orange 2015 Mini Cooper 4 door hardtop at Braman Motors Mini. THANKS!!!
