After i picked up my car for 15k mile service and nail in tire i become very disappointed when i drove away and noticed that the tire pressure monitor was not reactivated. This was not so bad until i realized that the check engine light was also still on. What put me over board was the fact that my windshield wipers, which were supposed to be replaced had one missing. Unfortunately, i realized this in the middle of a massive rainstorm.

I went in for service and the service agent asked if I wanted to wait for the car instead of getting a loaner. I had never been offer that type of service before. it was the best!! my car was ready in less than 2 hrs. due to the fact that other things needed to be done otherwise I would of have been less than an hour.
