Grate service, courtious people at the service agency, ready to help and give solutions (tire not available, for replacement). Temporary car was offered, and tire replaced the next day

I will say that the staff is always super friendly and they try to be as accommodating as possible while still running their business. Ryan, the MINI Service manager, and Alan, one of the MINI Advisors, gave wonderful service the last time I took my car in. Kudos to them, and I hope that Braman and MINI USA continue to empower them and give them the tools to make the customer experience closer to something you'd get at a Lexus or other luxury dealership. I will add that the facilities are kind of dumpy, clean compared to a typical body shop, but not really that much better than your typical Honda dealership - especially considering that they don't only service Braman MINIs but also BMWs, Rolls-Royce, and Cadillac customers. I'd probably consider buying/servicing one of those luxury brands elsewhere because when you buy those marques you expect a) not to be in the shop quite as often as you inevitably are, and b) you expect to feel like your trip to the service department is not an entire waste of your day, ie breakfast or lunch on site, quieter rooms, maybe a gym, a better car wash, etc

This is was my first time in Braman Motors Service Department to service my new 650i. The place is extremely organized, clean and adequately staffed. The team has outstanding effective communication skills. Thanks

Always a smooth process when leaving my car for service. They are always courteous and fast in getting everything done. I was there on a Friday afternoon and no waiting time at all to leave the car for service.
