I am the happy owner of two Mini Cooper S's bought and serviced at Braman Mini of Miami. One is a 2005 and the other a 2009. My experience over the years with the service department has been exceptional. My service advisor is Alan Massey. Alan is consistently professional, accesible, reliable and sincere. He takes the time to explain the service and maintenance needs that arise for your Mini Cooper. The service technicians are very competent and will come out to meet the customer to explain repair needs when necessary. In light of the extraordinary service that Braman Mini provides I will continue to buy and service my vehicles at Braman Mini of Miami.

Great service and great working with Alan Massey. Always works out well for me & my Mini! It was purchased in Long Island NY and came down here 2 years ago. Tough weather conditions up there, but Alan has been very helpful in going over the potential problems from the ice and salt and getting the car like new. AAA+

I used to take my old car to service there because of the great customer service. Last time I trade it in and bought a new car. All the process is quick and clear. The manager and sales people are really nice. The guy in financing is also very nice. After buying I have called several times to ask for some radio and navigatpr settings and they have always answered the phone very nicely.
