Great service

As usual, very happy and satisfied with service to my 2011 mini cooper. My service rep always tends to me very professionaly and with respect. Makes me feel very important and treats me like family. Excellent experience!

Excellent!! Have leased my last three cars with same salesperson and he has been a pleasure to work with!! Almost no waiting time! Sent my information ahead and when I arrived all my papers were ready for signing which saved me a lot of waiting time. Very happy with my car! Great savings in gas!!

With Braman you go for silver and they give you gold

This is the third time Brama not only provide me a superb service but they exceed my expectations. The first time was in 2013 I trade my 2005 325I with a lot of miles and increasing problems for a 9,000 miles 328I. Then the refinance my car and I save money in the monthly payments. Now I went to see how to handle the fact that with only 25k miles and because my car was 2011 the maintenance was already expired and I got an amazing deal and now I am driving a 2015 328I with less than 3k miles and certified guaranteed for maintenance and all I love u guys A happy customer Jose Antonio Cordova

Braman Mini Saved the Day!

Spur of the moment I had problems with my Mini Cooper. I immediately brought my Mini to Braman (without making an appointment) and Armando saved the day! He gave me a loaner mini (which helps because I felt I was driving my own car) and immediately got my car checked in to be fixed. He also noticed my car needed other service so had everything taken care of.

Stick with the DEALERSHIP for repairs!!

I bought my car from Brahman 9 years ago and unfortunately I did not keep up with the warranty. However, overtime as life and the duration of any car, repairs are needed. Sad to say, I've tried taking my beautiful, cherry red 2006 Mini Cooper to neighborhood "Jack legs" who may work at a shop and are licensed to fix or cars, but in my case, I've learned the hard way and spent more than I've ever dreamed of depending on the practices of local shops. In the end, I finally had to bring my car back to BRAHMAN MINI to get the best quality service, the best customer services, the best quality repairs, and the best facilities ever!!! What a life lesson for my car! If my car could only understand how sorry I am for the neglect and abuse for allowing unauthorized hands on its body to repair its parts. Now I know better....I will always do better...and that's STICK WITH THE DEALERSHIP FOR REPAIRS!!!! I love you Brahman, Ryan, Antonio, and Alan!!!! Tammy!
