Excellent service on my 2014 BMW 528i! Also had the best service advisor. His name is Erick Gutierrez. I will definitely continue to service my car at Braman with the same advisor.

From the moment I pulled up to the repair curbside the service was more than expected. My representative came in ontime and helped someone before me, but she was efficient and courtesty so the wait was well worth it. She took care of my needs quickly and professionally. I was impressed with her and her knowledge of my car. It was as if she'd done her research prior to my visit. I called back the following day because of some changes to the car and she promptly returned my call. This is service with a smile!

Im extremelly satisfied with how friendly and efficient everything were. I was pleased to know that having purchased my car at Brammann made me a special client at the service department.

We picked up a screw in one of our run flat tires. They brought us in immediately. The only issue was that they were initially unable to find out tire warranty (extended warranty purchased through them at expiration of our original warranty). After they found it the replacement was handled professionally and promptly. Thank you again, Braman.

I came in worried my mini cooper was giving up on me by some warning signs on the dashboard ! Turns out it had major engine issues I had no idea about as thinking my warranty had already expired adding more stress to my visit to Braman services, my helping representative Fernando was very courteous and gave me great news not to worry anymore My warranty would kick in and cover my repairs is great they even offer a loaner vehicle so you can carry on with your life. A week later my rep. Called and said your mini is ready. I highly recommend this service center very professional and make you feel very satisfied.
