Overall I’m satisfied.However, service advisor misled me by telling me the undercarriage metal shield was replaced at no charge. I had asked him to inspect the undercarriage because I had accidentally driven over a curb. Braman just sent me a notice via email that they recommended I install a new shield for $85. To set an appointment soon. This afternoon I was told it had been replaced!
