From the time I entered the dealership Randy took the time to ensure I was in the vehicle that I wanted. He was patient as I was going back and for between different optioned models. Even after the sale was complete he is still continuing to help me. I was having a an issue with motor vehicle with retaining my tag and Randy has gone above and beyond to help me resolve this even though he doesn't have to. Randy is top notch and would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from him. Also Tony Copeman was very helpful and to the time after hours to explain to us different warranty options that fit our needs, also a fantastic employee.

3 Years ago I purchased a 2016 Chevy Cruze from NuCar Chevy. Tony made the process super easy and he was helpful throughout the entire buying process. Our growing family needed a larger vehicle. I highly recommend NuCar Chevrolet if you are in the market for a new car. And I especially recommend their salesman, Tony Catalano!! I had been researching a wide variety of SUV's for the last few months. When I made my decision to buy a 2019 Equinox, I reached out to a coworker who has a friend that works in the service department. I asked him to find out which salesman his friend would recommend and received Tony's contact information. After a couple of weeks, I was finally ready to purchase my new car. I reached out to Tony and made an appointment to discuss the Equinox while my 2013 Malibu was being serviced at NuCar. Tony listened to me and took notes while I rattled off what I wanted in my new car. Although NuCar did not have what I wanted in stock, Tony quickly found an Equinox AWD Premier in Pennsylvania that met all my requirements. I greatly appreciate the care that Tony took to make sure I was happy with the car we selected. Even when a personal family event required Tony to leave town for a few days, he continued to work to make sure my new car was brought down from the PA dealer in a timely fashion. On the day of delivery, even though Tony was busy with multiple customers, he still made sure everything I requested to be done was taken care of with minimal delay. I drove all the way home with a big smile on my face! This now makes two cars in a row that I have purchased from NuCar!
