Great service

Very friendly first car buying experience. I didn't feel pressured to do anything I didn't want to do. (Need at least twenty words)

Used Car Purchase

The salesman that waited on us, Sal DiPasquale, was excellent. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and could not have been nicer. He narrowed down the cars we were interested in and showed us exactly what we wanted. He answered every question we asked in a polite and professional way. Also, the Finance guy, Ed Woodring, was wonderful. He sat us down and explained, in layman's terms, everything about the sale and went over every item in detail. He even got us a print-out of the service record associated with the vehicle. This was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle and would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. I will definitely return here to purchase my next vehicle.

Prompt and efficient service

Prompt and courteous. Due to weather we asked if our appontment could be moved up almost two hours and our request was accommodated. Also liked receiving email reminder of appointment time.

Mazda Service

Appointments are easy to schedule and once you've arrived service is quick. Customer service representative keep you updated if The service tech feels other services are needed. The waiting area is comfortable.

Knowledgeable and helpful. Never pushy

Salesman was knowledgeable and helpful but never pushy. He invited me back in to explain how to operate a lot of the technology.

Sales personnel are very customer oriented. Financial Manager is also customer service oriented. In general all of the personnel in this dealer is very kind.

My advisor, Melissa was very friendly. She set my expectations for service time at 1 hour but I feel that's a bit much for an oil change and tire rotation.
