Downtown Honda
Customer service was great. I went to get an oil change and was out of there 30 mins later with NO MISTAKES. Veronica, I believe her name is, was a great help in verifying my honda care package. It was a smooth process.

Service performed faster than expected--fantastic!
Overall had a great experience in getting the service performed on my vehicle. Very professional and on time. Was not looking forward to driving in on the weekend, but was truly glad I did because everything got done much faster than expected!

Great service
Anna is good sales person , she keep me well informed and given all the detail info about the van i purchased. even she drop the van to my place as i don't have 2nd driver with me.

Great Service "Feels Like a Friendly Village"
Rene, in the service department, was so helpful and kind! He throughly answered all my questions. He advised me I needed new windshield wipers: which has made SUCH a difference. He was polite, friendly and his attention to details made me feel very safe and comfortable. It was a pleasure meeting him. All the staff members were attentive and courteous. Great facility clean and very friendly staff
Extremely pleased with all ur staff starting from the young lady that called me..The fact that she was up front and not over promising anything, the only promise she made was that they would do their best to get me into a car was enough of a factor for me to visit to the young man that assisted me and never once did I feel uncomfortable in regards to my situation to the financial management to the dealer management every one was amazing
