Found the used Scion we'd been looking for online. Called them up to verify they still had it. When we told them how far we were traveling to see it, (over an hour) they put a courtesy hold on it to make sure we weren't driving all that way for nothing. Car was as described. Fred, our salesperson was super nice and easy to deal with it. Came to a fair price quickly. No trying to sell up useless extras. Got the deal done and out of there in minimal time.

The price negotiation was very straight forward, and her response after discussing with manager was very swift and fair. When it comes to the time to fill out paperwork, my parents do not speak English well, and Laura has been very patient with them figuring out and explaining the details of forms.
