This is my family's fourth Honda with 1st Honda so when I wanted to transition from a plug in hybrid Clarity to an EV--the Prologue--Johann, Melanie, Eric...the whole team were respectful and low-pressure. I thought I was driving too many miles to make a lease (which I really, really wanted) possible but they made it work! I got a fantastic deal on the beautiful gray/blue Prologue, and the support has NOT stopped! Eric delivered the car and sat with me and my husband for an hour going over features so I would feel comfortable driving the car the next day. Then Johann came out and helped me to set up OnStar and HondaLink, and reviewed a bunch of additional features. If you're looking for a Honda, give 1st a shot!

Johann was great. I appreciated how he was willing to handle almost everything via text/email. (Most other sales people always try and get you to come in.) Everything was negotiated and finalized remotely. I was at the dealership for less then 30 minutes before driving away in my new car.

I usually hate the whole car-buying experience, but Johann made it pleasant. He gave us a nice test drive, we told him exactly what he wanted, and he searched to find it for us in a few days. Gave us a reasonable price so we didn't have to haggle back and forth- and was quick to respond over email/text. Johann was the most upfront and transparent salesperson out of 5 or 6 dealerships we tried working with. He gave an out the door price that wasn’t a bait and switch and there was no hard sell. First Honda is first rate. Also want to give Dean a shout out, truly a gem!

Loved my experience!! Johann was awesome, got us in and out with our new car soo fast. We were not even planning on buying, first day of looking, This was the best car buying experience. Paper work at the end was super fast and easy too.
