Johann was great. I appreciated how he was willing to handle almost everything via text/email. (Most other sales people always try and get you to come in.) Everything was negotiated and finalized remotely. I was at the dealership for less then 30 minutes before driving away in my new car.

I usually hate the whole car-buying experience, but Johann made it pleasant. He gave us a nice test drive, we told him exactly what he wanted, and he searched to find it for us in a few days. Gave us a reasonable price so we didn't have to haggle back and forth- and was quick to respond over email/text. He told me we could sign the paperwork in under 30 minute and I was skeptical, but he delivered! Thanks Johann

Johann was the most upfront and transparent salesperson out of 5 or 6 dealerships we tried working with. He gave an out the door price that wasn’t a bait and switch and there was no hard sell. First Honda is first rate. Also want to give Dean a shout out, truly a gem!

My old car transmission blew up and I needed a new car fast. Johann made it very easy to get a brand new Honda Accord Hybrid on the same day. There was no pressure and he made everything easy to understand. He helped me set up the new car before I took it home.
