Great friendly service

Great service and friendly employees

Brought in my 2014 XTS for the normal service and an ongoing problem with the exit feature on this vehicle (sometimes this feature stops working before it completes its function). This has been looked at numerous times and no one seems to be able to fix. However I would like to thank both Walter Feist and service tech Gary Gill for their support in trying to resolve this problem. They have been involved with this problem each time I have brought vehicle in and done all they can to resolve, but the problem still exists and have spoke to Cadillac trying to resolve, but with no success.

Great service and on time!

Service was excellent. On time, problem repaired service and cleanliness of my auto and the time quoted was correct, my loaner was clean and handled fine. I've dealt with Delaware Cadillac and they are very efficient.

Great service

I called in the morning about an issue with my gas tank door -- I was not able to open it. Darren immediately identified the issue and had me scheduled that afternoon (my earliest availability). When I arrived, Corey was ready for me and the problem was fixed within 5 minutes! The staff was friendly, courteous and professional throughout!

Buying experience, quick no hassle service

I inquired about a car the night before my purchase online and received 2 phone calls following up on the inquiry. It was great, car was already started and pulled up out front. Service was quick and with out interruption.

Excellent service , needs better customer support.

I was pleased with the work that was performed. It was done in a timely professional and timely fashion. However I was unpleasantly surprised by the inability to assist me in the performance of additional work that was needed to my vehicle. I know that it is not the responsibility of the service manager to circumvent warranty items, however the vehicle is only two years old and a part that is not supposed to fail has. It would help present and future customers if some kind of arrangement could be made in assisting owners in this type of situation.

Outstanding commitment to fixing a tough problem

Corey and Tony are very attentive to customer needs, gave me regular updates and went out of their way to be helpful. This was a problematic repair after the car got hit and knocked out the blind spot detector. The whole system needed replacing.

Great Service

Was cheerfully greeted, took my care right away. Comfortable waiting area with coffee, etc., newspapers and a variety of magazines to browse thru. Actually did not take long to service my Cadillac. A pleasant experience.

Great service

I am very satisfied with Delaware Cadillac and understand that they have made a considerable investment to ensure that my vehicle is properly serviced and I am completely satisfied with my Cadillac ownership experience. I used Valet Service pick-up of the vehicle and it seems that all problems presented were taken care of and so far have no complaints. However, I did not think the driver was aware that I only had a Hatem Bridge EZ Pass until he went through the toll booth which has resulted in a Violation of Toll fare. He did bring it to my attention upon return of the vehicle and once I receive the Violation Ticket, it will be mailed to the dealership. I value my excellent driving record, insurance, and strive to not violate the law.
