What a Great Feeling!!!

Very attentive Service Department. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I expected to spend the $79.99 as advertised in the coupon. About 15 minutes into the work, my service guy came out and told me that a nail was found in my tire. He recommended a plug that would cost $39. I agreed. Well, in my other car ( Cadillac CTS) I was ALWAYS charged for synthetic oil. So, I expected to spend about $120 for my visit. Instead, my total cost was only $89. I was told that synthetic oil was not needed! Nice!! Looks like I've been ripped off in the past. I trust the good people at Delaware Cadillac.

Quick tire check

Arriving without an appointment to have low tire pressure light checked, I was prepared to leave my car, but the service tech offered to have one of the guys check it as soon as they got in so I could be on my way. Luckily, it was just low on air (no puncture) and I was not charged!

Always receive great service and very clean area

Don't mind waiting when car is serviced, always nice people waiting along with me and we have good conversation. Cadillac staff are all very friendly & helpful.

I wouldn't think of buying an auto other than a Caddi with service like this. It's very important to me as a CPA to not have my time wasted. Also your Walter Feist does an outstanding job! He is an excellent executive.

I love my Subaru and now my Subaru service center.

Minor repair to front bumper cover

The repairs look good,but a couple of minor adjustments needed to be done. I feel this should have been noticed before I was called to pick up the car.
